Synaptics TouchPad Control Panel 19005.19110.0.0

ThinkPad Touchpad Hardware Support Application is a configuration utility for the ThinkPad UltraNav touchpad driver on Windows 10. It centralizes driver-specific options for pointer behavior and gesture handling, allowing system-level adjustment of the touchpad without relying on generic Windows controls.

• Purpose: Exposes configuration controls for sensitivity, pointer speed and palm rejection tied to the UltraNav driver.
• Gesture support: Allows enabling and customizing multi-finger gestures, two-finger scrolling and tapping behavior where the driver supports them.
• User interface: Presents a compact control panel integrated with the driver package; options are grouped by function rather than by operating-system settings.
• Usability: Straightforward options for typical laptop workflows; settings apply system-wide and persist across sessions.
• Target users: Useful for corporate deployments and everyday users seeking finer control of ThinkPad touchpad behavior; users requiring extensive customization may prefer third-party utilities.

The application focuses on making driver-level adjustments accessible and consistent with Lenovo’s hardware configuration. Implementation emphasizes stability and direct control over the UltraNav feature set rather than offering broad third-party enhancements.
